The test of the life of the saint is not success...I believe there lies the peace of God. It is His work to do, not ours and what rest and comfort I take in that. I once heard a preacher say..."average is ugly-God doesn't want you to be average," and also, "we don't want to stay small- we want to do big things for God." I have a friend who now goes to this man's word of faith church. We used to meet for coffee and have bible study at my church, but she has since left my church and has attended this other. She won't talk with me anymore, I think, because I offended her with my views on Copeland, Meyers etc. Praying for her... Thanks for this. It was an encouragement to me. God bless you. Hi Steph! :-)
