Original Hebrew and Greek links and general study
1. E-sword - this one you download the programme for free and use directly off your computer – an invaluable tool. Has a few extra add-ons you can download for free. Many different translations available for you
2. Studylight - this one is used online, but you need to first download their Hebrew and Greek fonts to your computer

Toolbars & Tools
1. Firefox BibleGateway toolbar This stays on your Internet page and is great for a quick check-ups and offers quite a few options right at your fingertips. Instant change from one translation to another with comparative verses , and putting in restrictions to where your search focusses are just a couple of them. Check this out!

1. Matthew Henry’s Complete Commenatry a wonderful solid resource – If you want, it comes with e-sword – just download it for free when you are done downloading e-sword itself. and it stays permanently in your e-sword programme on your computer without having to go online.

It is not so much tools, as extremely helpful studies, and also teaching “how” to study the Bible effectively.
Another extremely useful tool if you run a website or blog is the following: http://www.logos.com/reftagger
This is a tool that can be used on loads of different platforms, and if you have Wordpress, it is an automatic plug in. But what the tool does, is pick up any Bible references included on a page, and create a pop up window with the text to that verse, when a mouse cursor is hovered over the reference.
Extremely useful for visitors to your site, rather than have to keep on leaving an article to look up a reference.
